LEX JEWELRY was founded by a young entrepreneur in pursuit of a brand that embodied a bold new generation of attractive, multi- faceted, intelligent, and driven men and women. Through the conception and growing popularity of our first ever 'His and Hers' line, we realized that the strength of our brand was not in the final product but in the unifying significance and creative engines we used to create our pieces.  

After years of honing her craft as a chainmaille artist, Cathleen founded LEX JEWELRY while completing her M.B.A. at Fordham University.  Her inspiration was born from her own personal desire for a jewelry line that was both simple and edgy with equally masculine and feminine appeal.  Her bold, and unique approach to jewelry design has allowed her the opportunity to create custom pieces for brides-to-be and their bridal parties throughout the New York/ New Jersey Metropolitan region.  Cathleen enjoys simplifying the seemingly complicated art of chainmaille for her students and allowing them to experience the creative flow and sense of accomplishment that comes from creating a chainmaille piece. 

Today, LEX JEWELRY exists not only to deliver high quality men's and women's jewelry and custom designs but, to unleashing personal creativity and bringing people together.  While our signature line still remains the essence of what we do, our business has grown to meet the increasing demand to teach others the art of creating chain maille jewelry through our parties, classes, kits, and supplies.
